   I have been a customer at Lo’s Greasbrough pharmacy for ‘decades’ and many of the staff team have been there for a very long time… and I know how the staff at this branch work, enough to write an ‘honest’ and ‘fair’ review….. over the decades, I have known the team to be very professional, very friendly and very efficient in their overall service delivery, despite the many occasions i have personally witnessed ‘many’ ‘customers treating these staff with absolute disrespect, in a very rude and inappropriate manner….which is not at all acceptable by any means…. They have ‘always’ done their very best for their customers, and I have experienced and witnessed them going ‘above and beyond’ to help and assist everyone who have any medication issue or issues with other pharmacy services, it is grossly unfair to negatively criticise and blame the staff for all medication/prescription issues, that are out of their control, and which, is ‘not’ their fault, and i have witnessed many people verbally insulting them for whatever reason they are not happy with…..it’s just a big shame that ‘they’ have to ‘endure’ and ‘put up with’ the amount of verbal insults and unacceptable behaviour they have to endure… i have nothing but praise for them, they work hard to deliver a good service, . so from a customer who has many years of experience dealing with this particular pharmacy, I just want to say “keep up the great work guys, you do a great job and more people ‘appreciate’ you than don’t”.

   Absolute joke they never check the system with babies milk prescriptions on so I’ve been waiting a week for a text only to call them 4 times when they finally answered a patronising woman said we can’t find it can you call back in an hour I’ve been trying for 2 hours now and they won’t pick up and my child has only a days worth of milk left unbelievably poor service every time we have to go there

   They never send a text telling you when medication is ready, despite telling you not to come in until you've received one. They also never answer the phone for you to check if it's ready, even 48 hours after they've received the prescription.
