   From start to finish, it was a really positive experience. Both Steph and Max in the office were extremely helpful with booking queries. Pre-arrival information was provided, clearly explaining that there was work taking place at the venue and highlighting alternative entrances. Ben made the sign-in process straightforward and was very welcoming. My son repeatedly spoke about Chris and Ben, saying how friendly they were and how much fun they made the activities.

   I booked my nephew on over the summer for a few days and he absolutely loved it. He was a massive fan of the range of sports and activities. The coordinator, Sam, came across as really professional anytime I dropped off/ picked up my nephew. Already planning on booking him in over the October half term.

   Sadly the service is not what it used to be. A few years back there were enthusiastic staff ready to make the day engaging for my child. Recently booked and found staff just sitting and not engaging with my child at all. It felt unsafe and an unhappy place to be. A minor mishap with booking was completely dismissed by aspire and was spoken to quite rudely. My child described the club as ‘trash’. We have found an alternative provider that gave so many engaging activities and rewarded my child for achievements.
