   Excellent customer service from the young lad working there — he knew exactly what sizes to recommend for my son in Year 8 and my daughter in Year 10, who both attend Outwood academy. School uniform shopping is usually a stressful experience, but this time it was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The shop had plenty of stock and the prices were very reasonable would highly recommend.

   Wow! The service here is amazing, very friendly staff - catering to all my uniform needs. The prices are fair and the uniform is of a very good quality - it has lasted my 13 year old Betty for the past 3 years with just one skirt. The manager is lovely and very helpful, and the summer staff were also very lovely and well articulated. I would 110% recommend Trutex Wakefield to anyone looking to buy good quality uniform and receive friendly staff service! 5/5 ⭐️ Give these people a raise!

   We are due a free uniform bundle for high school. I wanted to get my daughter measured up as the order has to be placed online. The lady in the shop was so helpful, even though she knew that the order would actually be placed elsewhere. She gave specific advice on all the uniform items that we needed to choose, and I'm confident now that the uniform will actually fit my daughter when it arrives!

   I phoned a very rude woman when asking about the incorrect opening times on google and was spoken to very inappropriately when I asked if they could change it just so other people don’t get it mistaken. The attitude and tone was absolutely disgusting. Will not be shopping here and I would not recommend it anyone else! Manager should get her sacked. Hire someone with better customer service.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID this shop!!!!! Very very rude staff and not professional at all. We were lied to telling us they were the only ones that supplied our schools uniform so had to buy from there. We paid £50 for a school blazer which the member of staff measured and fitted on my son, we got home to realise we had been sold a girls Blazer!!!! Took it back to conveniently be told they have no Boys Blazers left in stock!! Now awaiting our refund as paid on card and had to be refunded back on card. Went to another Uniform shop in Wakefield to only find they have our school blazers for £20 less!!!!!!!!!! £30 for a blazer and I think of better quality. Trutex you will NEVER have my trade again. Very rude, you lie and are incompetent in doing your job!!

   Doesn't even deserve one star!!!! Rude, rushed, unhelpful, not welcoming or friendly, when you walk through the door the member of staff looks at you like you're an inconvenience. When uniform is out of stock they take your details to let you know when the item you require arrives in the shop then never bother phoning with updates or to let you know its arrived. Phoned several times over a period of 6-8 weeks then gave up and went elsewhere. Customer service is disgusting, will never shop there again. Would not recommend to anyone.
