   There's a security officer who's been there for ages but has lately disappeared! He was like the 'Welcoming Committee' I'm sure he knew (almost) everyone. And (almost) every day he'd be insulted/accosted by the school children. Poor guy! Where's he gone??? The staff (on a whole) are the crem-de-la-crem. Adroit, and very helpful! The store without the household good has become a disappointment. No more "when it's gone - it's gone" well you weren't lying!!

   I’m a regular customer and I shop here almost every day. Last evening, I witnessed a situation where a man twice tried to assault, intimidate, and shout at a cashier who was only doing her job. She handled everything professionally, while the manager (named Leon) failed to support her or manage the situation properly whithout him know what happened, just listent with security to this man's lies. The man had a big trolley and seemed to think he deserve free bags. Why does this man think he is more special than other customers? The cashier showed professionalism , but the manager did not. I was there and heard them suggesting to complain about the cashier, even though she had nothing to do with the issue, and the manager wasn’t even present when the situation happened. That’s unacceptable. Instead of focusing on his duties and supporting his staff, the manager failed to act properly. The shop floor also looked messy, with boxes scattered everywhere, showing poor supervision and management. This kind of behavior and lack of professionalism from the manager is unacceptable. It made me free very unwelcoming, rather intimidated.

   Another supermarket treating customers like criminals with ridiculous gates that you need to scan out of. Impractical if I forget to pick up my receipt, have more than one shopping bag, if I've decided not to purchase anything, or if I've come with anyone else. Shame.

   Big promotions, saved me alot of money. Wish we had a store like this at home. Seemed busy, but the staff was not angry or annoyed like I`m used to seeing. The mango was amazing and their sunflower seeds are like a drug for my husband. Clean and well organized. Everything was in it`s place, plus the font size on the price labels was big and eye-friendly for older people.

   Margaret is so friendly and helpful. Everytime, I meet her, I see her smile and offer help. Last time, she even helped me to activate lidl plus offer to get discounted lobster. Highly recommend the place
