    Popped in after a long day at work to buy a new suit for work. This is something I have done 2 or 3 times a year for years in addition to other clothing and products. Limited sizes so asked the assistant if I could order. She said you will need to pay upfront. I said not a problem but wanted to try 2 trouser sizes. She wanted payment for jacket and 2 pairs of trousers. I said I only wanted to buy 1 suit but she insisted so I told her to forget it. Thousands spent over the years, is this what it has become. Happy to pay for the suit up front but not to pay for 2 pairs of trousers when I wanted only 1. I just wanted the choice of sizes to try. Have to look for alternative clothing shops moving forward.

    Great service and friendly staff, Abbie especially who helped me order some more jeans in my size to the store for free next day collection. Collection took a mere 20 seconds, I typed the code given via text message and in less than 15 seconds I got my jeans. 5 stars great price and comfortable good quality jeans. Couldn't ask for more.

    Terrible experience at next leigh. I stood with all the other chumps in a 14 long queue waiting for our click and collect (me being half way down) After 10 mins waiting to see the woman behind the counter she proceeds to just read names out of parcels she had found in the back. None of which were mine. When I did get to the counter its like I was invisible to the "Karen" behind the counter. After a lot of Karen's going back and forth I finally got my parcel with no interaction of a apology nature just her of course saying it was my fault I had to wait as I had been unable to use the computer check in system which was clearly on the blink. Terrible team of staff with zero customer service skills. Won't be using this store again.

    Clearly not enough staff, even though the upstairs till says “Pay Here” it’s actually online collection only. Found this out after I queued for 10 minutes only to be told I need to go downstairs only to queue up again.

    Following a recent refit the mens section has been confined to the back of the store with one pitifully inadequate changing room/shared disabled facility. Wo betide you if you try to use the plentiful womens changing rooms.. my advice ? Just go to M & S instead

    Shopped here this morning after a nightmare journey from Urmston on thick fog. This was the only store in the North West with a rug on stock which our don and his fiance wanted for Xmas. One of the staff, Lindsey, was extremely helpful and helped us find the rug from their display. She was very friendly, but professional also and I was very impressed with her attitude which I am afraid is lacking in some retailers nowadays. Well done to her.
