   Terrible service . I was told to collect my repeat prescriptions on the Monday after ordering on line. Went to collect the lady gave me a medication that was late from last time. I said there should be my regular prescription ready . She's aid they didn't have any ready. When I questioned this ( politly) she went to check in the back and said I was LUCKY they were on the top of the delivery. I then checked the package and there were items missing (again) She went to check and they were ready on the shelf all the time. I suggested they should get their act together and was told by a very stroppy assistant that she knew what a problem things were because she got her medication from there !!!! Absolutely clueless It will never get any better until the management listen to their "customers"

   Good service. When items not in explained they would order in and then offered to deliver if necessary. I have used their delivery service which is great when you are not able to get out.
