   I normally buy St James uniform from a different stockist but using Smart Clothing for the first time this year. So pleased with the shopping experience, as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a smile and asked what we were looking for. The member of staff was friendly and attentive, double checking everything and ensuring the new uniform was a perfect fit. Will definitely return when uniform needs replacing.

   When I entered i felt unwelcome and uncomfortable due to and employee being rude and disrespectful to customers and making them feeling creeped out by being unprofessional in a work place which to me is very unprofessional and I would not go there again due to the lack of professionalism so i suggest immediate action takes place so the parents of our community can come and shop for there children with ease

   Absolutely amazing place to shop!!! I love shopping here the employees are very helpful and the place looks nice and clean. It was a very calm experience from the moment I walked in till I left. I would definitely recommend doing the school uniform shopping during summer holidays and not towards the end because of course it’s gonna be busy and your experience won’t be as good.

   Ordered uniform on the 12th August, nothing has turned up. Had no updates, even after sending emails asking. Rang this morning to be told no stock available for someone else to ring to be told they have some availability. School start in two days .... Now have to look around for an other shop for school uniform

   I’ve used Smart Clothing for specific clothing items for 6 years now and I’ve never had any issues with the quality. This time round I called the store to query the order as I hadn’t had a confirmation, but they explained the email comes when the items are dispatched. The delay was coming from the fact that the items weren’t In stock. I was a bit concerned as school starts next week but there was nothing really I could do about the wait. Then when I was at home on the Friday night before school started, Smart Clothing hand delivered the uniform!!! Amazing customer service, I cannot recall any company going the extra mile in a long long time. Well done Smart Clothing and thank you very much!
