   Poor management and handling of dishonest sale. Good helpful employees however. Dishonest about providing help/service with a product. Failed to mention help with tape fitting is against policy but only mentioned after purchase. I mentioned the purchase is only okay if help was provided. Ultimately, help was stopped by management and no compensation given.

   Poor service unfortunately. My wife asked for help with tape fitting and bought some after staff mentioned they can help. When purchased, my wife was then told staff can't help so she ultimately had to resolve it herself. We wouldn't have bought this if help wasn't provided fully. Poor ethics to say one thing just get £20

   I went in today to have a nosey at some bras as I've been desperate for something new for a while. I find bra shopping quite exhausting and I can never find anything that fits properly. Well, today Jess changed my life. So professional, so kind, so understanding. This lady definately needs some recognition or a pay rise. She has made me feel so comfortable, her expertise was second to none. What a fabulous lady, wish I could take her with me anywhere.

   Never been in Boux Avenue before and it will now be my go-to underwear shop! They had such a good selection of different pants and bras, and the fitting rooms had different lighting settings which definitely makes the difference when you’re trying things on! After trying so many bras because I’ve never known my size, a lovely lady, Ellie helped me with a bra fitting. She made me feel super comfortable and explained the process of what I should be looking for, made suggestions and brought me a couple of bras to try on. I was super super pleased with what I tried on and ending up getting 3! Even better, I was able to use my student card for %20 off.

   I went to the Trafford store yesterday for an unplanned bra fitting. Lilly (343820) was an absolute credit to the company, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit, which also suited all needs - eg t shirt bra and also a strapless bra which I’ve struggled to find the perfect one for years. I was in the fitting for over 40 minutes and Lilly gave 100% effort throughout the whole fitting, whilst being kind and honest about fits and what would suit me

   I was needing help with fitting a bra. Knowing nothing about bras myself I asked a lady named Mel to help me. She was very kind and patient whilst we found a bra that fit. She also explained how to find a bra that fits me in the future. She spoke about the best styles of bra for me to try on with my needs and I walked out feeling very happy.

   I have been frantically looking for a wedding garter as myself and my future wife are due to fly to Aruba in a few hours time to tie the knot I went into your store and was greeted by Paige who directed me to the very last garter they had I was met at the till area by two more members of staff called Takaiya and Libby who served me with a very polite and professional way offering me accessories and even gift wrapped my purchase. Fantastic customer service with a very personal feel to it great job girls your a credit to your company.
