   This Lidl is well located and has every grocery item you can think of. It's centrally located and has a big car park that is free for the first 2 hours. Well arranged, and all tills are fully functional. The shelves are well arranged, and staff are helping customers.

   Customer service is very bad. No bag in self checkout area. When I asked a member of staff who was working in self checkout he asked me to get the bag from other belt till which was other side of self service. After getting the bag when I asked him why not you guys keep some bag in self service area so that we can find the bag easily and he replied I am not your servant you go and get the bag while he was leaning on other till with his hand in his pocket and talking to other colleagues. That’s how they are providing services.

   Messy, rotten fruit in the selves, meat gone off in the fridges. Too crowded with very narrow aisles. Products disappeared for weeks before getting back. Middle of Lidl is just all over the place, boxes open, things out of place... Not a nice shopping experience and prices are getting higher and higher although in some cases, instead of rising prices you get smaller products.

   This branch was not good, customer service was not good and there was a large array of products and a lot of them were not in bulk. Some Staff were also really friendly. They definitely knew what they were doing and what they were talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. As I said before the array of products is not the best, some of the classics and some twists, and for their prices it's not really worth it, but I can slide.

   On Wednesday 2nd March I popped in to Lidl for my daily shopping and saw the indian woman who works there, using her dirty feet to kick in the empty brown bakery bags because she couldn't be bothered to use her hands to push them in. Children, families and adults will touch these bags to buy from the bakery. Clearly this staff member DOES NOT CARE about HYGIENE. Please be careful using the brown bakery bags or avoid using them where possible.
