    I have recently started going to this shop for parcel collections and to buy the odd chocolate or drink. The staff have been polite and friendly which is nice. I have stopped popping to 2 corner shops nearby because of poor service.

    Rude staff who seem to actively not want to be helping people. Say the offer services and then refuse you when you wish to use them. Refused a package as said it was too big even though it was well within the package parameters and actually a lot smaller than allowed. (Package was 90cm x 5cm and was allowed up to 120cm x 50cm!?!) Tried telling me packages couldn’t be over 60cms When calling Yodel they explained there was no 60cm rule and zero reason for the package to not be accepted. So why be difficult and a liar!? The shop lied, due to laziness?? Do not offer services if you don’t want to do them or at least have manners and not be horrible and rude to customers!! Shame

    Extremely rude and unhelpful when my mum was sending a Collect + parcel. Refused to accept the parcel until she produced a different code even though Collect + said the initial code she had would work fine. Told my mum to "Stop leaning on the counter" when she wasn't and made her feel so uncomfortable that she called my dad in for assistance. Me, my family and friends will never use this shop again. You should be ashamed.
