    Appalling service, with no understanding or care given to distressed customers. Parcel with my medical supplies left on my doorstep instead of DPD driver following the instructions to leave in my recycling bin. This isn't the first time this has happened, very distressing when a parcel went astray. They are breaking GDPR guidelines when its about personal information and someones medical history.
