    I shop in this store almost everyday. I spend over Β£200 per week buying vegetable for my takeaway shop. Usually i take my own used heavy duty bags which I bought from them . Only this time . In a hurry I forgot to scan the bag a worker called Alina standing behind me and was keep watching Me . As soon as I was about to go she jumped took the bag and scanned made it look like I was about to steal a 65p bag . Thank you very much Alina ...I probably do my shopping in tesco

    Sadly my last visit here was disappointing mouldy food being sold on reduced, longevity of the fresh foods is also questionable and on a personal note one of my favourite snacks the honey roasted peanuts no longer taste the same as they once did, I feel corners are being cut and the value for money is questionable.

    Dear all, I was in your store today around 11am and I had an awful experience at self checkout. I had a shopping bag from Tesco on the floor and there was a Starbucks coffee pods on top of it. One of your staff saw, and immediately asked if I bought from there, which I replied saying no. However she asked to scan and the machine did scanned the product. Then, I told her it could be just coincidence because I defo bought from Tesco and luckily I showed the receipt, which she did not believe me (even showing the receipt). She called the second staff (I think her supervisor), and same thing- she scanned, it worked, she said it was from your store, and did not believe the receipt. Then, I started taking all The products from my bag and comparing to the receipt to prove that was defo from Tesco, because more important to anything was to prove that I had no reason to steal anything. Because I insisted, then they called a third staff that was also supervisor or manager (at this point, all I wanted was to prove I don’t need and I did not steal). This third staff straight away said it was fine, if I said I bought somewhere else and the reason it did scan there was because wasn’t their own product, it was another company and would scan. Please, I understand the staff had to make sure, however it was a very uncomfortable situation where even though I proved with my receipt, it took a third person to finally say I did not steal. Please change your system and make some investment on training your employees.

    Hello I went shopping today in you welling branch in Londo with my 82 years old grandfather we spent Β£82.00 we had to baskets that you pull along my grandfather could not help so I pulled the baskets to the lift door and was unpacking items to make a trip downstairs vhen this staff member came over saying I can't take basket outside I explained to her that I'm just unloading items at lift door She was very rude she started shouting at me grabbed my items out of the basket in a very aggressive manner I will not be visiting this store again as she has no manners or respect.

    What happened to the Manager of this shop? Is he on a long holiday? Lidl in Welling looks atroucious. Been there today and was unpleasant surprised how dirty is this shop, I think at the end of working day they never clean it. Used their toilets, disgusting, dirty, tap water not running. Please, do something about that as you are loosing clients.

    No bread bags....but a guy did find some small bags that we do difficult to open and not big enough for more than a roll... so if you're looking to buy fresh bread, take a clean bag. There weren't bags for fruit and veg either. No one on the tills only self-service, but the lady operating that was helpful.

    Great shop, interesting selection of items in here and usually a lot cheaper than elsewhere. The only star off is the queue for the tills. 9 tills and usual only 1 open, they have self service but the queue for that is pretty long too. I guess that's the price you pay for cheaper items.

    A big store compared to other Lidl’s, wide aisles which is good, nice bakery assortment, and lovely staff. E charger for cars in the car park which is also great. Spacious car park, 2 hours free parking.

    A lovely store, nice and clean with lots of fresh fruit and veg. And the store is upstairs with a car park underneath it. It also has a fast charger for a electric car. Brilliant
