   Always good selection, always get through the shop and check out quickly. Staff not always great, female staff member this evening openly coughing whilst putting away produce without covering her mouth and another losing her temper at customers on the self checkouts- not the friendliest bunch.

   Lidl on Long Bridge Road has a good variety of items, which I really appreciate. However, the customer service is very disappointing. As a regular customer, I always try to be polite — saying “thank you,” “have a nice day,” or similar — but many of the staff don’t respond, smile, or acknowledge me. It often feels unfriendly and rude, which makes the shopping experience unpleasant. On the positive side, I’ve noticed that some staff members are friendly and provide good service, but unfortunately, the negative experiences stand out more. I hope Lidl can improve customer service at this store, because the shopping options are otherwise very good.

   I am always relax inside, even today. I've done something stupid by mistake. The security come quickly and...we start to laughing together. I am always happy there. My local shop it's exactly Lidl.

   Been shouted on by a women next to self check out tills when stressed that there is no one on a till and I am not allowed to be at self check outs with a small trolley. Women poked finger in to my face asking to leave and shouted, raised her voice on me in front of everyone. Worst- manager that called himself Dee Elavia just stood there doing nothing. He admitted that this is not normal behaviour towards the customer but said he can’t do anything. He said he has not seen what happened where I have seen him watching from a side.. very convenient. Not even got an apology. It has only happened because I was on my own. So Advice: women take your husbands shopping with you next time. i will take mine for sure! Shop needs more staff, more open tills as there is no one ever there especially in the evenings and weekends. I have also complained officially. Hopefully no one will have to experience what I had today.

   Staff at self service always helpful and polite. Very sad that the hygiene around the tills are shockingly dirty. Crumbs and dirt from months ago. So off putting Do they have a cleaner ?

   Just went in for a quick buy. No queues at checkout and the self checkout makes for fast payment and checkout. Large clean store by Longbridge Road smooth drive in from the road with good parking space
