   Top gym with top coaches and a great team. Very welcoming and treat you like family. I’ve been training with Damien and team for a while and my striking has improved immensely. If you’re looking for something new to try or wanting to learn a new skill this place is for you. With coaches and classes that cater from the beginners all the way up to the pro fighters so there is something for everyone

   Run away!!! Worst gym ever. If you wan to pay a yearly membership to have a coach spending all his time on his arcade game, go for it. During a training session, I tore my calf. I screamed lying on the floor for five minutes on the floor, Damian didn't even look at me once. I then sat alone in a chair before cycling home pedaling with one leg. Some guys are cool, but those who have at least one fight or have made one interclub look down all the others. So the state of mind isn't great among the members either.

   Can’t recommend this gym enough! It’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to and I’ve tried so many in England and abroad too. Damien is a sick teacher, who is a 2 x world champion and actually qualified to teach. He teaches you techniques that are applicable in realistic fight situations and it’s a breath of fresh air to see an instructor so dedicated to pass on his wealth of knowledge to his students. He also has an IG too with lots of good info on muay thai: @trainor103 If you’re looking for a lousy, cardio based striking gym, this gym isn’t for you but if you’re looking to get into Muay Thai and learn from one of the best in the UK, this is a great starting point. If you're more advanced or you're a professional fighter, then without a doubt Damien can help you also. The atmosphere is friendly and chill so you can be as serious as you want or as casual as you want. It’s up to you. This gym is definitely a hidden gem and they have classes for everyone. It's a non judgemental atmosphere so if you think you look stupid don't worry, the instructors are here to help you. There's no ego and it's not one of those 'meathead' gyms haha It’s a great gym to get into Muay Thai to build confidence, fitness, technique and overall general wellbeing. Give it a go! :)

   No other fight club compares to K-Star Legacy. Been at the club for nearly 6 years since opening. Damien is one of the greatest coaches for this sport so look nowhere else if you want to learn Muay Thai. Simon and Damon are also really good coaches and motivators. We all are a Kstar family.

I like that the instructors are keen to help you progress and are attentive to your own individual performance.
