   Bluewater M&S massive store Brilliant lots of items including a food hall. Pricing where do they get the pricing from ? Being cheeky is one thing, being over priced is another. Don't get me wrong the clothing is in par with named brands. However the materials are slightly thin & see through, for that price that isn't good. I've bought clothes from M&S & I'm pretty satisfied but the pricing hmmmm Come on M&S you can definitely improve on this

   Only lamb available on the shelves were going off on the same day and remarkably still full price. Bought two packs given it’s the festive period and both were already off. Utter waste of c£30. Sense the store were taking advantage of the festive period.

   Huge department store with two floors containing mens, women's and children's wear. Home decor and furnishings. It has its own cafe at the back of the store which is always busy. Not a huge selection of sandwiches or cold lunches but there is a child's selection of lunch items. Toilets are also avaliable from the cafe. It can be a little tricky to get a pram or wheelchair through the seating area.

   We travelled up from Hastings because we jnew that this mega-store would have mire range and stock for a larger man, i.e. me! And it was true as I, subtly guided by my wife, find a complete new wardrobe (well almost!) foe my size. A great place to shop because of the range of sizez and range of stock.

   This a clean and spacious local M&S store in Local. While the store offers a comfortable shopping environment, I found that the staff could be more helpful and approachable. During my recent visit to the women's department, I struggled to find any staff members on the shop floor to assist with my questions. On the positive side, the click and collect service was quick and efficient, making the overall shopping experience smoother.

   After needing assistance looking for dark denim jeans, a very helpful and friendly assistant, named Wendy, could not have been more helpful. She searched every rail until she found me a pair . She was great and so determined to find me the suitable jeans. I have ordered the correct length online. Please convey my thanks to her.

   1 lady in particular was so helpful. I wish I paid attention to her name badge. She was helpful beyond all measures. She searched and suggested items. After all of that, while I was in the changing room, she searched to show me 2 more possibilities of dresses for a funeral. Thank you and much appreciation!

   This wasn’t a great visit to the M&S cafe. Firstly, they were understaffed on a Saturday, meaning that there was only one person around to serve a long line of customers. They were then out of all frappes and smoothies. The cafe itself was pretty messy and dirty. The only saving grace was the coffee which was very nice. The shop itself was great. I liked the fact that the supermarket was really big and sold items such as coffee free from any plastic.
