   Boxing day sales, as usual the store turns into a free for all jumble sale. However some good bargains are to be found, underwear, socks and bras had quite a few options at 50% off. Also a large selection of women's clothing and jeans with substantial savings to be found.

   Went for a bra fitting today and was helped by the lovely Natasha. She was so lovely, put me at ease and knew her stuff .she was really patient and ensured the measurements were accurate and advised me which bra fitted correctly. Really lovely lady and excellent service

   Marks and Spencer Romford is a medium size department store in The Liberty Shopping Centre. It is very easy to access via FoodHall which is near South Street. And there is a popular cafe on the first floor. I am glad that I have found what I need to buy and self service tills are available for quick pay and go. The staff are hardworking and attentive!

   After shopping here for decades and asking family members to buy M&S products for birthdays and Christmas for years there has been a big decline in goods quality and customer service lately. My latest visit was my last visit and M&S have lost mine and my family's custom for decades to come. Can't exchange a Large shirt received for Xmas for an Extra large shirt the day after boxing day unworn with all the tags on, no receipt but showing the staff my M&S account with hundreds of pounds of purchases on there. Can't stand the frequent change of colour on their suits from navy to a slightly lighter or darker navy forcing you to buy a blazer and waistcoat too when you just want a replacement pair of trousers. Leather shoes and belts are now poor quality and 'crack' quicker than those same items bought a few years ago.

   Classic M&S offering good quality clothing, food, drink and much more all under one roof. The men's department is upstairs along with a cafe and children's right to the back. The women's department downstairs with home goods and then groceries to the back where there is an exit to the main street. Staff are your typical Marks bunch, proud to be working at Marks and pleasant, friendly but not overly just professional and polite. Store is pretty clean always which is nice. For me the good thing is you know you are getting quality no matter what you buy in Marks. The Romford branch is no different and boosts the fact its over two floors which means it's spacious and feels comfortable to be in.

   Sourdough bread served astoast for over a year it appears customers complain and all u hear is staff . apologising when toasted the crust is too hard to cut easily with blunt supplied . Are M&S getting a special deal with the bread and now are not customer friendly anymore. And ignore customers and staff comments Please let me know why you insist on using this product? Mr P Green

   A big shop with a variety of food, groceries and a whole section for clothes for men, women and children. Looks fancy with the dim lighting and luxurious design of shelves. The price are a bit more expensive than similar shops, though.

   They do jeans in my size 38 short 29 leg. Really great.. also visited the cafe and it's clean and welcoming space plenty of seating. Tried a strawberry frapp for the first time, tastes so good, although would be nice if a long spoon came with it to eat the cream.
