   I cannot recommend its a baby enough ! Myself and my partner popped in this weekend just to browse some travel systems and we had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Rachel . She was so informative warm and welcoming and made us feel totally at ease , as first time parents we really were clueless but Rachel answered all our questions easily she knew just about everything . There was no pressure to buy anything and we really did feel like she just wanted to help us which was so refreshing . We finally settled on the icandy studio package and the were blown away with the package price she gave so much so we placed our order there and then with just a 10% deposit and we'll be returning to buy furniture in their new showroom in The new year !

   Amazing customer service! I bought a pram from here 2 years ago and had issues recently with the pram which the direct brand wasn’t cooperating. I rang It’s a Baby to see if they could help and Amy honestly couldn’t help enough! She did all the communication on my behalf and resolved my situation. Highly recommend, they make shopping for your baby such a positive experience!☺️

   Very helpful, friendly and have gone above and beyond to meet all of our requirements. They had a very good selection of baby products from prams to nursery furniture at very competitive prices which meant we were able to buy everything under one roof making things stress free and easy. Just what you need when you’re having your first baby. I could not recommend this shop enough for mums to be.

   Bad customer service. I may be young but still pregnant, took her about 10 minutes to open the door to us for starters, we got inside she says “I’ll just be in the back”, we look round the whole shop, no “can I help you” nothing. We leave, takes her 15 minutes again to notice my partner who’s asking her to open the door so we can leave. She then goes “nothing you like?”, my partner tells her that we came in to look at prices and explains what we want, she then explains how it works as we’re leaving. Nothing but rude and I cannot help me and my partner were treated purely based on how young we are.

   Had a virtual pram shop appointment over Zoom with Allyson today... although the whole zoom appointment is not how we planned our pram buying experience to go it was brilliant. Allyson was really good and showed us all the options and explained everything to us. Really relaxing experience despite the difficult times and really well done and carried out. Looking forward to collecting our pram at the end of next month and will definitely be heading back when we are ready for our nursery furniture.

   We visited Its a baby warehouse yesterday and it was a brilliant experience. We had an hours appointment with Alison whom was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and gave great advice. She also allowed us to explore ourselves and answered questions when we had them. We tried a few prams and could walk around the warehouse with them (with gloves). We purchased an egg pram bundle and silver cross Westport furniture. We are so so happy with everything we purchased and left knowing we had a great deal! We were particularly impressed with our deals and I’m still so excited by them this morning. It’s was great that we could use blue light discount too. Thanks again it’s a baby and in particular Alison. Would highly recommend and will be to other parents and parents to be! :)

   My wife and I bought the pram, car seat and a few other accessories from it's a baby. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very happy and impressed with their customer service even after every business has had an impact due to this virus. They kept us informed at every step. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

   GREAT service. Its a small privately owned boutique so you get a really personal service, you are put under no pressure to buy anything you do not feel comfortable buying, and they give fantastic advice and guidance. Lovely staff, flexible payment terms and customer services. I honestly can't praise them enough. We went to places like halfords and mammas & pappas and the staff there were obviously just bored and working through their shifts. Here you can honestly tell that they care, and want whats best for you and the baby. Things like that matter a LOT. I wish I could give them more stars!
