Avoid this store -Pathetic customer service I went inside the store to ask if they accept collect plus parcel. The person replied yes , when I entered , he refused the parcel as it was big. When I asked him can he give me in writing that he can’t accept bigger parcels , he refused.He was rude enough to say I am not here to accept parcels from non regular customers and provide you free service. Go somewhere else !
Dropped by to return a parcel through Evri. Encountered an extremely rude male staff with glasses at the counter due to a minor issue with the return label. When asked why the label was an issue he flew into a rage out of nowhere. Never met such a RUDE person who clearly is miserable with his life to treat others this way! NOT recommended!!! STAY AWAY.

The chap running this shop is very pleasant and courteous. The shop is very well stocked. The type of Customers however... well might be a bit rough. Avoid after dark. Good luck to them.
Extremely rude staff! Went in there to use their Western Union service as advertised outside their shop and on the Western Union website. Was told abruptly that they didn't provide this service. When asked why they advertised the service outside and online, I was told, "I do not have to explain to you." I suggested they remove the advertising for Western Union from outside their shop and on the Western Union website and I was told to "f**k off!"
