   I was at this shop today and i pay by card for one product and The saleswoman was very rude to me, she snatched the product from my hand and shouted at me to pay again stating that the transaction is declined. I showed her that my transaction was successful made and the money was withdrawn from my account. I called the bank later on and they told me the same thing that the transaction was done successful. And that's how I left without the product and with the money taken by the retailer. It was not first time when this happened to me they are always very rude and also if you don’t pay attention on what products they scan for you they will charge you extra “ by mistake “

   please be careful what you buy from this store.. I recently bought cheese from them and when I got home I noticed that it was expired, it's not the first time I buy from them and this happens.. I will make a big complaint because something like this can't happen anymore...if my child eats what happens? I am very disappointed even though I was a loyal customer..

   What a friendly neighborhood shop they open 6 o clock I normally take 5.30 bus today I missed the bus so I went to this shop for first time this shop as everything all off license stuff fully stocked shop staff are very friendly . They sell my favourite American Fanta blue can as well will come again for sure Good shop thank you..

   I usual don’t like to complain but I had enougth with this shop. In the last three weeks everytime when I arrived home and I checked my products I found an expired item. Fist week I found an soured cream from muller,secound weeek I found a fresh romanian yeast experied from 6 days and today I found an experied cottage cheese. Today is 20/04 and this cheese is out from 18/04. I will never come back again and I will report to the food and hygiene and harrow council.
