Went to collect my UPS parcel and the owner refused to give it asking for a barcode. UPS does not provide a barcode for pick up
Avoid at all costs , don't get your parcels delivered here . I won't make the same mistake again . Nightmare trying to get my parcel even though id shown more than enough i.d I had to go back a few times before he gave me my parcel , was made to be more difficult than it needed to be ...avoid avoid avoid
Absolutely rubbish I'm a ebay seller I've had a few buyers have their products delivered here and the shop have refused to take delivery everytime resulting in the buyer getting frustrated and just wanting a refund as rhe parcel is returned to seller. Absolutely rubbish definitely avoid at all costs
Ordered an item from eBay to this 'click and collect' hub. I have photo evidence that it arrived via the courier but they lost it and I literally had to look through the parcels myself. No refund. Just "contact ebay" but ebay wouldn't grant a refund because they also have proof of delivery.
As of Nov 2022, this place is for collecting orders from eBay. The person was cordial and helpful.
I used to get my disposable vapes from this place until I bought one which was faulty,they didn’t want to help me out with a replacement or my money back, even after I used it in front of them to show that it wasn’t working properly,they’ve lost my business now, as I won’t buy anymore vapes from this place
Always friendly helpful staff in the shop,a well stocked shop for your last minute shopping forgets plenty of choice for sweets crisps and soft drinks and a good choice of beers wines and spirits recommend this place
Does not accept EBay parcels from Parcel2Go. Waste of time for seller, buyer and everyone involved in the process.Seller has to release item, buyer does not receive item and seller still incurrs the costs. Also when asked for phone number the one given is incorrect. Just avoid. I sincerely hope this "Collection Point" is removed from the Ebay Click & Collect listings.
