I wouldn’t recommend this shop,as I had the really bad experience by the shop owner,who has made the story for Evri parcel service. I visited to store on Thursday (24/10/24) at around 21:00 O’clock to drop off Evri parcel the shop owner who has locked the front door and bring the stock from stockroom and came and open the door when I told him that I would like to drop off the Evri parcel he told me the system shut down at 21:00 O’clock which is the lied,as I had the Evri service wherever I worked and I know that the service has to be deliver till store close. I really don’t mine, but it makes me very frustrated the way he spoke with me “Asking me that whether I can understand English”it was absolutely ridiculous and rude. Simply he should have told me that sorry I am busy right now please if you can come back tomorrow then I will be happily go back next day. I started using the Evri service from the Tesco express now,The shop owner should have realized that he is not doing anything free of charge he get paid for the Evri service each parcel he get 42p+VAT,also customer footfall,so expect to treat me respectfully. Overall I would not recommend the shop for my friends and family also my neighbor too. Hope he will get the message not to treat someone like me and undermine others.
Friendly staff and great options for snacks and drinks. There seems to be a lot of effort made to bring in new treats, which is great. I love the range of drinks, with sugar (not sweetener). You have to pay the price, of course, but it's nice to have options. Great local. You even have a great Chinese take out, a cafe and Indian restaurant right next to it, so you can get everything in one go.
I regularly use this store and have dropped off over 200 parcels which have all been delivered to coustomer without any issues. The shop owner and his son are very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend with great service.

My Hermes parcel was dropped off here and whenever I phone about it and politely ask them to look for it they hang up on me.
The person behind the till was very helpful. Gave in my two hermes return parcels and he had no issues with it what so ever and just processed it right away. I have had some retailers in the past who put on a face when i just have hermes returns. My daughter had also sneezed and he was very quick to grab some kitchen roll from the shelf, open it and offer it to her as i had no tissues on me. Very helpful and A* customer service. Keep up the good work.
Taal is opened for 7 days and most convenient shop for Hermes print on store available. Amazon returns available and most basic food store. Compared to other Hermes return delivery this shop is best.
