Purchased a doona trike from here which needed fixing couple months in. CuudleCo picked it up tuesday fixed it wednesday and was back at my door thursday morning. Amazing customer service and such a quick repair really recommend this company!
The best customer service!! We ordered a CuddleCo present for ours sons first birthday through a third party website who failed to deliver it in within the time frame they promised - in contacting CuddleCo they replied to me within minutes, re ordered the present and even put it on a same day courier so we would receive it on his birthday!!! I am so happy and touched by their act of kindness in resolving the issue so quickly. It's doing lovely things like this that make a company so special and worth a brilliant review.
