Avoid - took 2 parcels via EVRi system and only one has been acknowledged so will not be getting a refund for some bedding . I asked why only one slip was given to me but he said I only get one. Completely wrong. Please avoid and I hope the service is taken away from them.

First time using My Hermes so was unsure in regard to tracking. I asked the seemingly very uninterested serving person and was told only one receipt for both parcels would do. WRONG! Not at all helpful. I won't be dropping my parcels here again.
Nice people, good for corner shop stuff and a good selection of wines at reasonable prices. Handy to have a Hermes drop off too.
It's been a long time since I've encountered a truly unhelpful argumentative server. Needed assistance with the Hermes label printer, a brick wall would've been more helpful.
