   I don't know whether a lot of the previous reviews refer to former management or something. I live around the corner and regularly use K7. Good range of products for a small shop, with reasonable prices. Staff are always helpful and welcoming.

   The shop keeper refused to take my parcel cos he said the driver won't take large boxes. So he's been holding people's parcels for 2 weeks rather than t passing them onto the delivery company. Just lettingyou all know

   Google says open at 9 am during the week .it's Tuesday at 10:42 am and completely closed up ,no note on the door or anything .

   - Staff have no clue how to use their own barcode machine to send parcels via a courier service (DHL) or concept of how to scan a barcode. - I am left out of pocket paying for a parcel which has gone no-where. - Disgraceful customer service. - After 3 days of trying to sort the delivery myself bewtween the shop worker and shop owner. I have done more traveling than my own parcel. ***DO NOT USE THIS SHOP ***

   Beware nothing is price marked and made up prices for items not scanning. when they do scan stuff the till point is obscured so you cant see what they are charging. tried to do a dhl collection, staff behind the counter dont know what they are doing. always on the phone to the boss for everything. shadow of what it used to be . avoid unless its just for small treat or essential item.
