   I like the selection of items you can get here; you can get things that are harder to find in supermarkets. It is a bit expensive but I don't mind too much since it's a smaller local shop, so I expected that. It can get a bit cramped.

   We found this hidden gem by accident, were passing by, mistook it for a small local shop, and popped in for a bottle of milk. Half an hour after wandering around this amazing tardis of a shop, in complete awe of the size of the shop and selection of produce, we came out with three bottles of wine and almost a week's worth of shopping! I am a retired convenience store owner myself and, after 40 years in the sector, can safely say, this is the best convenience store you will likely find anywhere in the UK. Plus the staff were all extremely friendly! Well done to the owner of this shop and all their staff, this is a masterclass on how a convenience shop should be run.

   The lady usually on the till is miserable and can only just about speak English. Very rude to deal with. Trying to use the post office or electric top up here is hard work. If you have similar experience, make sure you report them to the delivery companies and PayPoint for electric. If they can't provide the service, then it's better it's taken away so we don't waste our time going to them. Besides that, I stopped buying food and drinks from them after having a taste of a gone off Mars Milkshake that I bought there. Absolute shambles. Tesco is just around the corner, and you won't need a translator to speak to staff.

   Great produce selection alongside a great selection of wine and beer. However the recent addition of an Evri returns machine has lead to a few very unpleasant exchanges with one cashier in particular - as a friendly regular I don't expect plain rudeness when requiring some assistance. Won't be returning for parcel services as a result, and with Tesco up the road I hope they do take customer relations seriously.

   Kawsi cashier- no good at all. many times I have had to pay a lot more than I should. e.g. I bought 3 beers and paid for the 5th, I had to come back and ask for my money back. watch out for this place.

   I have never been disappointed by this shop! You can find pretty much anything that you will find in a supermarket. Baby food, 10kg rice bags, meat, Indian spice, a wide range of snacks, frozen foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, big bags of onions for great prices, curry leaves, dosa batter.. anything! And of course it’s an off-licence!
