Good off licence range & interesting range of nibbles & regular foodstuffs. Very friendly helpful staff & fair prices plus Lotto. An excellent local shop I happily use regularly.
Great local shop. The staff here are always so friendly, helpful and personable. They really make you feel welcome every time you visit. The parcel drop-off and pick-up service is excellent: quick, efficient and reliable. It’s such a convenient place to pop in and the team always goes the extra mile to help. Highly recommend!
DON'T BOTHER TAKING EVRI PARCELS HERE - they are rarely accepted. The last 4 times I went here over a period of about 3 or 4 weeks I was told every time that the "system is down". I don't believe them! Ended up having to go to another store on Upper Shirley Road instead. Much friendlier. UPDATE (Sep '25) - sadly the store on Upper Shirley Rd no longer accepts Evri parcels which makes it really tricky to find somewhere to take parcels in the local area.
SCAMMING/SELLING TO MINORS/RUDE TO CUSTOMERS/STEALING MONEY…… I went to the shop to top up on my oyster and I paid with a £20 note and then once I have left the shop they called me back and said the note is fake. They was getting rude to me and my family and wasn’t giving us the £20 note and the oyster back. YOUNG BOY IS RUDE AND A LIAR .
A well-run family business selling a wide range of grocery, confectionary and other products at good prices. The space is well set out and lit, and it is always spotlessly clean and well-organised. Offering drop off and collection of Evri parcels is also a boost. The staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.
Lovely bright and clean shop with the most wonderfully diverse range of imported treats from distant and exotic lands like American pop tarts and Japanese Kit Kats. What's not to love. New things seem to appear all the time so it keeps me coming back. It's nice to have good things cropping up in Shirley, or Croydon in general for that matter. Far too rare an occasion these days, so I'm supporting local. Go take a visit.
They have everything! It's always so clean and they stock all my favourite products. Staff are so helpful and kind.
This off license is really one of a kind, so many products I can find here i can really spend alot of time in here, such friendly staff. The lads in the shop are always helpful.
