   One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered through Groupon and never received my items, never responded to any communication and had to go through PayPal to receive a refund. Avoid at all costs.

   1 star because cant give 0. Shocking customer service ! Spent almost £100 and no delivery more than a week after it was supposed to be. Several phone calls, Several promises that someone will call me back still nothing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Still trying to find out where my delivery is or get a refund

   Terrible customer service! 3 emails to request to return the item as it was poor quality. They kept asking for photo evidence?! Finally got the return details, cost me nearly £10 to send it back and am still waiting for my refund a month later. They said its being processed and now the return window has closed. Total con artists. Avoid !!!

   Terrible customer service. Barely a response. Told me they would post missing part from my order, and 2 weeks later still waiting. They won't give me any tracking, "receptionist" refuses to give me the managers name or contact info, and apparently doesn't even know the managers name, or anyone else's names who he works with! And supposed to be a family business. Don't use this company, they will take your money and you'll get nothing for it except stress and a waste of your time.

   Requested to cancel an item, as delivery address was inorrect, within 2 mins of ordering. This was declined as "already posted', which is untrue. I had re orded the item and the seller had not lost a sale. I found it very unreasonable. and very unprofessional to take my money and charge me for an item that has now gone to a wrong address. So now I've paid double for 1 item. I will never use this seller again and I would strongly not recommend them. Very unhappy with this service.

   Absolutely horrendous service! Been trying to resolve an issue for the past 3-4 weeks with no response whatsoever. Cannot get past the unhelpful “reception” staff who keep telling me management are in a meeting and will get back to me! Don't bother with them.. quick to take your money

   This company is a discrace!!!! 10 days ago I paid an extra £9 for next day delivery. They take my parcel to the wrong address then back to their shop . I've Rand 5 times over the passed 24 hours for a full refund only to be told they are just a receptionist and everyone is in a meeting!!! £45 they quickly took off me but I'm not getting it back!! Do NOT use this company!!!!!!!

   This company are a disgrace. Having called 5 time over 4 days to get details of a missing package nobody has bothered to call me back or try to make any contact with me! They use a delivery firm Hermes who chucked 1 half of my order over the garden fence and advised they left it securely in my porch...we do not have a porch!! If you do decide to use thus company .. good luck! and request they use an alternative delivery method. I will not use this company again!
