   Shows on Google maps as accessible but it's clearly not has a gaint step to get into the shop. Please up date Google maps to reflect this or better yet make the store accessible it's 2025.

   I've been a customer since 1994 and for most of that time everything was 5 star. Now, almost every time I go in, I'm being charged more for items than is marked on the shelves. This wouldn't be so bad if the prices had changed a short while earlier that day, but for a long time now the marked prices for various items haven't changed and yet the charged prices went up a while ago. They also no longer have customer-side till displays for customers paying in cash, and when they did have them the writing was tiny and usually blocked by product displays. EDIT: I have added two stars to my original rating because 1) They have recently turned their customer side till displays back on, which is good, but two of them are partly blocked by product displays so you have to be at the correct angle to see them. The writing is still very small though. 2) They have also asked to get in touch via email to discuss things.

   Absolute rip off! Bought a bottle of wine that had a special deal offer in the window. When I mentioned it to the staff member was told it was a different wine, which it wasn't, and that they weren't offering that deal anyway. Avoid and go to Raja Bros just down the road.

   I only call here for papers on a Sunday. This is done speedily and without much bother. Staff are friendly and efficient. The papers are at the front of the shop.

   Hi, when I posted the review I was not wearing a mask and the staff refused to serve me and asked me to leave, I don't see why I had to disclose why I wasn't wearing one and have not shopped there since.
