Staff over charged customers and when caught out, the staff members started screaming and shouting foul language. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. Trying to find the head office number and will contact with more details. The staff members went to the length of screaming and shouting all the way out of the shop doors. Is this how you want the one stop business represented?

Very rude customer service, always charges us incorrectly when something is on sale. Tells us to don't come again.

High prices but ok to pop on for a few bits or to collect a parcel.

I’ve dropped into One Stop on Lees Road a few times now—not because I'm passing, but because it has quickly become my go-to for quick essentials and friendly vibes. Always Convenient With opening hours from 7 am to 10 pm every day, it's perfect whether you're setting off early or need something late in the evening. It’s right by the crossroads, so easy to walk, bus, or drive to. Clean and Reassuring I was pleased to learn the store earned an excellent food hygiene rating. Their handling and safety standards were marked as “very good,” and the store's cleanliness rated as “good”—exactly the kind of place I feel confident grabbing food from. Friendly, No-Fuss Atmosphere Walking in always feels low-stress: clean aisles, sensible layout, and staff who seem more on the helpful side than hurried. It gives off a “local spot that gets you” energy. Meal Deals That Do the Job They’ve got a solid £4 meal deal—sandwich, snack, and drink. It’s simple, satisfying, and way easier than figuring out a packed lunch at home. Value with a Side of Practicality I appreciate that they match prices on familiar brands. It’s these little touches—price-matching offers, PayPoint, lottery tickets, and cashback—that make this a one-stop shop (pun intended) for everyday needs. One Slight Awkward Moment One time, I was asked for ID for an energy drink. I understand the rules, but it felt a bit unnecessary considering my obvious age. Still, it's better they stay safe than slip up.

This shop use to be called Late night, then Tesco and now One stop for all your local groceries. A lot less busier than when it was Tesco.

  3. Naheed Ramzan ★☆☆☆☆

There was no variety of food, no enough bread, no milk and shelves were empty even after 12 o clock pm. High prices. No payment machines like Tesco. I was satisfied with Tesco and want it back. One stop is useless

The new Tesco was to “better serve the community” Been in 3 times this week they never have enough bread, shelves are always empty! No 6pt milk! Only one person at check out, high prices compared to previous shop; oh and no points! Won’t be going back!
