   If I could give minus I would!! I have up until last week never had a problem here, staff are normally really friendly and helpful, not this time. Went to collect two orders last week and the way in which I was spoke to was quite frankly disgusting, was referred to on their daft headsets as 'she' because the person I initially spoke to didn't listen to what I said. Spent £800 here in the last year alone, will take my business elsewhere in future - shame on you Superdrug Hyde!!

   If u are not concerned about Covid then this is the store for u. Got all the govt posters up but are not bothered if u wear a mask or not no social distancing either. I asked the store assistant why they were not following the directive from the govt that people in stores must wear a mask said the mangeress said they were not to bother about it. Think i will join the throng of people who have no concern whatsoever for their fellow man shame on you superdrug.
