They said no public toilets but on door says public i spent 15 pounds in the shop and they said i cant use it over priced terrible service
I never write reviews, but this experience was so infuriating that I feel compelled to. I went to the drinks section in the store, and the signs clearly stated that soft drinks were on a "2 for £2.70" deal. Both of the drinks I picked were marked at £2.35 each. No big deal, I thought—the deal was clearly advertised with signs all over the section and right in front of the exact drinks I was getting. When I get to the till, I'm served by this rude, arrogant guy who scans both drinks at £2.35 each, then casually tells me my total is £4.70. At this point, I’m annoyed but still polite. I ask why it's £4.70 and not the £2.70 deal the signs clearly state. He tells me, with zero professionalism, that the drinks aren’t part of the deal because they’re priced differently. I’m standing there, looking at the screen where it shows both drinks scanned at £2.35 each, and yet this guy is still trying to tell me I’m wrong. I point out that the price on the screen is clearly £2.35 for both, and his response is to tell me to go check the drinks again. Why on earth should I have to go double-check when everything’s in front of me? At this point, I’m fed up with his attitude and the absurdity of it all. So, I just paid and left. This whole experience was a joke. The staff are rude, the deals are misleading, and I will never step foot in this store again. Fix your prices or take down the damn signs! I won’t be returning, and I’ll be telling anyone I can about how unprofessional and frustrating this place is.
When purchasing something from this store please be aware of the price before going to the till as when you do the cashiers will ask for a different more expensive price. I was purchasing a phone charger that was priced at £6.50 but when got to the till was asked for £13, and when i queried and said it was on the shelve for half that "Ali" got very aggressive and started shouting at me saying this is the price now pay it. I obviously didn't pay it and told him to pipe down which he then told me to leave the store, which was no problem as i wouldn't want to spend my hard earned money in his store. EG and SPAR needs to either employ better staff that are customer friendly or send "Ali" on some kind of training course on how to speak to English people.

Says 24 hour in store shopping but wont let me in at 3:30am to buy a meal deal..
We have just been in there about half an hour ago. The man working there asked us to leave as he needed the toilet and had to lock the door. Another customer came in after us and there were 2 cars driving in for petrol. I don't know if they got any. Very poor firstly he should not have been on his own secondly they are turning custom away we could not buy what we wanted. Definatly won't go there again.
Every time we go to this spar its always a mither. You have to pay for your fuel before topping up. You cant pay on your card for electric or gas if its over £30. The men who work the evening shifts are quite rude in speaking to you and rarely have any mannors. If you dont like people dont work in customer service. I dread coming here but the location is convient.
