    Really friendly staff went in to price up some bits and spoke with a gentleman called Dave regarding this, he asked me a lot of questions from what size I wanted all the way down to the material as I was not sure he told me to have a think and gave me a card saying if I have any questions to give them a call and he will happily answer. Even though I didn’t buy on the day he was really supportive and I would definitely be going there for my furniture needs also didn’t realise there is so many types of sofa material

    Can't fault the sofa, and can't fault the lady who helped us pick (she promised us the world!!) What I can find fault with is the DELIVERY drivers who DELIVERED our corner sofa on a rainy Saturday morning, to be frank they couldn't be arsed and told us the ONLY way we were getting the sofa in was to take the window out, it wasn't going in any other way, the lady they rang back in Wigan was really rude and needs to assess her customer service skills. Now these were 2 strapping lads that DELIVERED our sofa they took it into the dining room through patio doors and left us to it to arrange to have the window taken out!! Well guess what lads it took 2 x 55 year olds to get it all in the front room with no problems at all easy money boys maybe me and the hubby should get a job as DELIVERY drivers turns out we're quite good at it!!!
