Very disappointing level of service from this retailer. Order took over one month to complete - very inadequate replies to contacts made via e-mail and no telephone number available to discuss options. Good quality of product but would not recommend dealing with this retailer due to poor customer service

Awful. Having spent over 1.5k previously with no issues, I placed a second order to match. They delivered a £200 bench in the wrong colour/stain (bright orange, not natural light brown) as ordered. They’ve ignored 10+ emails, Etsy DM and contact form on the website asking for it to be rectified. There is no phone number available so I’m assuming they’re not interested in correcting my order
