   A local shop that sells lovely furniture, I didn't purchase anything as still in middle of decorating but will definitely be back. Excellent choice of beds and bedroom furniture, the staff in the shop are very knowledgeable and the information provided was very accurate on sizes, description and mattress information etc.

   My mother purchased a single divan bed and mattress from them. She has a broken wrist and asked that the bed be assembled as well as delivered which the shop worker (we think owner) agreed to. Fast forward a week or so and he and mum have a conversation to confirm delivery date where mum asks him to confirm the bed will be assembled, again he agrees as mum tells him again about her broken wrist. Delivery day comes, two rude and miserable drivers turn up and point blank refuse to put it together stating they were fed up of the owner telling customers they will build. Mum phones the shop and they deny saying they would put it together and tell her they will one back and build but charge her. Disgusting behaviour from a local shop, no wonder people are just buying online. Clearly the guy is either lying to customers or not very good at organising delivery/installs if the drivers are saying this happens all the time. I’ll put it together myself as it will probably only take 10 minutes being a divan.

   I bought a bed frame and mattress from here within the last 2 years, I don’t remember the exact date but it was while working my current job which I started less than 2 years ago. The staff were amazing, very helpful and patient, when the bed arrived the delivery team were great and were very quick at putting it together. However the bed has NOT stood the test of time, it is a divan frame and the drawer closest to the foot of the bed has already broken twice, I managed to fix it once but this time is more complicated. And the mattress is already split, it is a dual sided mattress, foam on one side for winter and pocket spring on the other for when it gets warmer, on both sides the mattress has a very obvious split from no more than moderate use. When purchasing it I was advised to spin and flip it occasionally to avoid this happening which I have done religiously every month, yet it has still happened. I would give a 1 star if not for the lovely people that made the purchasing experience so nice and easy.

   Absolutely amazing service, the staff in the store are absolutely brilliant and the delivery drivers set up my new bed and took the old one away, really friendly as well. Fantastic service, great prices and the bed/mattress is perfect.

   I bought a duvan bed, headboard and two mattresses which got delivered yesterday. The delivery drivers were so helpful, they took the whole lot upstairs for me and one of them even told me roughly how to put the bed together without me even asking. Put the bed up today and it was so easy and both the mattresses (one for new bed and one for another bed I have) are so comfy. The staff in the store were so helpful when I came in to have a look and again a few days later to buy the items. You have a very happy customer who will definitely come again in future.

   We visited Comfort & Style based on a friend's recommendation and we're so happy we did! I emailed to check the opening times and Gary got back in touch right away with the details we needed. The service provided by Chris in store was second to none. She put us at ease right away and helped us choose the right bed for us. We never felt pressured and I'm sure we'll be back to take a look at other bedroom furniture in the near future. Thank you again.
