Came here rn in the morning after walking for 30mins and it’s not OPEN….im crying n dying rn of thirst and hunger
Absolutely horrible customer service , came in with a faulty Elf bar I bought an hour ago , and the man behind the desk kept screaming and yelling at me saying to "Ask the Bossman" when he comes back in who is currently in hospital apparently . I spoke in a very calm manner and he kept yelling that there is nothing he can do , but he also would not tell me when the manager was in , instead just screaming and calling me a liar , despite him having seen me buy the product an hour prior. Used to come here at least a couple times a week , and now I will not be returning … The manager needs to be careful of the kind of short-tempered staff he hires.
