   Really great store and selection, but the public address tannoy system is far too loud / harsh and the crackling sound during announcements is quite uncomfortable when shopping. Could this please be looked into? Other stores seem to have much clearer and more pleasant tannoy systems without these issues.

   Had an issue with a Christmas tree that I bought I took it back and Pash couldn't of been more helpful in arranging for me to collect the tree from another store. His dedication and attitude towards customers is world class this man need a pay rise and a holiday for the level of service that he offers. Thanks again Pash

   Drove around several stores today to try and find an item that was showing low stock. Last stop was the Belle Vue store. Wish I’d tried here first to be honest. Dean went above and beyond to help. He made several phone calls and then even managed to check for estimated arrival of more stock. He was so helpful, a real professional. You’re a credit to the company Dean and far surpassed the service available both online and customer service phone line. Thank you Dean. You made a real difference today.

   Very nice and convenient for the shopping of everything thing you need in house. Indoor or outdoor. Check out the deals on the app and also use the barcode scanner. Very useful. Got so many good deals in half or less then half of the price. Trust me.

   It's alright for seasonal stuff. Has got big aisles dedicated to toys and household items. The gardening section hasn't got a big variety for what I've seen, but if you need pots and soils and common plants and flowers you can find them here. For many things, especially in the DIY section, it is easier to find them online, though.

   The store is crammed full of products, although we only stopped for specific items, the vast selection meant that if we did have the time, I’d probably spend an hour in here! The staff were lovely and polite.
