   Report on the Co-op website!! The self service scanners are so loud it's disturbing, staff have lied and said they've tried to sort it - gave me two different reasons in the same conversation which were both ridiculous and obviously untrue. The security guard was lovely and looked so fed up. Clearly something demonic going on here. Report on the Co-op website!!!

   We visited Green Quarters Co-op and purchased two meal deals. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the pricing, and the final bill didn’t reflect the expected deal. When we raised the concern, the manager on duty wasn’t able to understand the problem clearly. We requested a refund and suggested ringing the items separately, but were told that a refund wasn’t possible. It was disappointing, especially since we expected a quick and simple resolution. We hope the staff receives better support in handling such situations in the future, as it can really affect the customer experience.

   The girl on the till was rude, my voucher didn't scan and tried to accuse me of using it already, and instead of trying to resolve it, she huffed and puffed then called over the manager who put the voucher in and apologised, but she did not.

   Seems well run, food is fresh from what i brought and the costa coffee is convenient. Self serve checkouts dont weigh your items so its much quicker to buy stuff and leave

   The staff here are excellent, as a shop it's alright. Don't sell some of the basics (like white potatoes) and like all co-ops it's expensive.

   Good shop but keeps promising to get a place to stop your bike at the door and nothing. The usual excuse is that the landlord might not let them do it! Well I'm sure that won't be a problem, plus why it would allow the recent trolley area and not a few bars to stop your bike?
