My experience with this store has been horrendous, I ordered a wardrobe for my 8 year old grandson, was given a price and told there's no delivery charge, yet on the invoice i was charged . The wardrobe came late, damaged, and my property damaged whilst carrying up stairs one of the drawers was chipped and it took me several calls to get a replacement , even that was damaged and took threats of court action to finally get the drawer replaced, I paid around £300 for this item and received £30 and a box of chocolates along with a bottle of wine as compensation. I am currently trying to contact the manufacturers. Michael O'Neill

What can I say, an absolute pleasure to deal.with. The sales process was very straight forward with quick delivery and an excellent installation of my new furniture. 2 years later I needed to move my wardrobes to access the radiator and even though I've had my products for 2 years they offered to send out the fitting team to take the doors off and move the item then return the following day to put everything back. All that and they refused to charge. I must say after spending 30+ years as a Retail Manager for some major companies,this is THE BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Well done to everyone at The Bedroom Shop. A credit to the retail industry and I can't recommend highly enough.

I had spoken with Garry about some potential built in wardrobes for our new home. He quickly arranged for Ady to come and visit us and provide us with a cost and timescale as well as show us the wide selection available. Turned up on time and was a pleasure to deal with so we decided to book the wwork in. Ady and his team turned up on the date as agreed and they worked flawlessly. As you can tell from the pictures, the wardrobes look fantastic and we are over the moon. Since having the wardrobes fitted we have since purchased a mattress and bed from thebedroomshop.co.uk.
