   My friend (who has disabilities) bought a bed from this lying store, bed is broken and the quality is bad same as the communication, don’t buy from this place it’ll be an expense in the long run, buy cheap buy twice, needs to be shut down, BEDS4U shame on you preying on vulnerable, and paying on delivery screams scamming all over it.

   A friend brought a bed from yourselves and I’ve seen all the proof. IT’S Absolutely shocking quality and the Customer service is just as bad! SHE has disabilities and is very vulnerable and she feels shes been completely ripped off! Buy cheap buy twice! No wonder they want cash on delivery! Shame on you beds4u

   I bought a bed from beds 4 U in ashton in makerfeild. I kept in contact with Billy who was fantastic so helpful nothing to much trouble when I met him I felt I have known him all my life i would highly recommend this fabulous company I will be back for my second bed shortly

   Me and my father have given Beds4U trade good over the years. We have bought 2 beds and 3 mattresses from him in the past. I have bought a mattress from him that states it is from the cool-max range. I have only had it 4 days and both me and my wife cannot sleep on it, as it is far too hot. When I have asked him for an exchange as the mattress isn't doing as it is described (Cool-Max reflex foam), I have been met with a very stony - no exchange (Although trade descriptions and the C.A.B. states otherwise) as he the bed is second hand now (It was ex-display to begin with, which he had no qualms in selling in the first place). He became very defensive and the initial charm had been replaced by a very arrogant disposition. He seems to only be nice when you are spending money, but if there is a fault his manner changes somewhat. You would think out of good will he would have offered a refund or part refund, but no. No good-will gesture or offer to meet halfway or anything. I thought i would shop local and give a small business my money. I now wish I had gone to a big firm, as at least they have some sort of exchange policy and may have been more professional in their attitude. I am very disappointed as previously mentioned, me and my family have given Billy good trade in the past. I shall not be giving him or his company anymore trade in the future and will not be recommending his shop anymore. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this shop. I have also had a look at the same mattress online and it was a lot cheaper and did come with free exchange et B& Q to name one for example. Please read the other review about people who have had defective beds. They are not lying about how they have been treated.

   Nipped into the Hindley shop Thursday and ordered a bed. Very fast service. Unfortunately, no headboard. On contacting the shop in Wigan,which is head office, I realised it was totally my fault as I hadn’t actually ordered one! The service I received was brilliant and I can’t praise the gentleman enough!!! He delivered a headboard to my granddaughter later that day. Super service

   Took my disabled sister to choose a bed, came out with a bed ordered and a cuddly toy... what a lovely kind man, who complete made the bed purchase one of the best experiences I've ever had in a shop. Thank you for being so lovely with my sister. Thoroughly recommend

   Lies about the make up of the beds he sells stating they are reinforced with steel slates and not the 'cheap wooden' beds - his are cheap wooden ones. REFUSES to refund and told me to 'research face to face sales' within the law.... rude, discourteous and lies. Rip off. No customer service skills what's so ever. OH, and he physically assaulted my daughter when we were in the shop by striking her across!!!! the head! See you in court... avoid
