   About three weeks ago I went into the Ashton branch with the intention of buying a new mattress. I explained to the assistant I was only interested in a medium firm mattress. She showed me four and I lay on them all but it was hard to choose. I eventually settled on one for £500 thinking it would be the best. It seemed comfy in the showroom. At no point did she mention that It was an orthopedic one. One that would be stiffer than a regular medium firm. It was delivered. It is impossible to get to sleep on it as it is like sleeping on a rock. I'm very disappointed in my purchase and will not be buying from beds 4 U again as I didn't get the service I should have. If she had mentioned it was an orthopedic one I would have chosen another. She was probably only interested in getting my money at the end of the day.

   Saw Lauren at the Ashton-In-Makerfield store. She explained types of mattresses, encouraged me to lie on them, get comfy, to determine what suits me best. I explained I wanted storage drawers under both sides of the bottom of the bed, of course they could do that. Ordered with confidence, and I've had the best nights sleep I've ever had in over a year. No longer feels like I've slept in the back of a cement mixer on full mix lol. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable and Lauren was easy to talk to. A credit to the company.

   Called into Beds for u in Ashton today, was met with a lovley lady who couldn't do enough for us. She was so kind and helpful. We soon sorted a lovley bed, just what l wanted, excellent price too. That was lunchtime today, the bed was delivered by another team member tonight at the arranged time. I would thoroughly recommend Beds for U in Ashton to anyone.    Forget the high street retailers with their never ending nonsense sales that leave you more confused, just go and see Billy. Good honest advice, no pressure sales and plenty time to find the right bed for you. Had just what I was looking for with the right headboard, drawer combination and in the exact colour. Price beats the sales and you get more for your money. My son's was delivered today as promised and assembled no problem, he is really pleased with it. Would recommend and thanks.
