   Fantastic store, just about sells everything! Great offers especially on toy's for Christmas gifts and fantastic selection of Christmas gifts for everyone. Plenty of parking available but unfortunately no toilets.

   My friend and I recently visited this store (22/08/25) , and as we approached the till, we witnessed what we later learned was the manager speaking to a staff member in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner—right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch, and even the customer ahead of us was shocked. The staff member on the receiving end, however, was absolutely lovely—so kind, polite, and professional while serving us, despite how she was being spoken to. I can’t imagine how she’s treated behind the scenes if this is how her manager behaves publicly.The lady had completely brushed this off, which made the situation even worse as it’s obviously how she’s used to being treated! The manager, a petite older woman with her dark blonde-ish hair in a tight bun, showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Staff deserve to be treated with dignity, and there is absolutely no excuse for nastiness or entitlement in the workplace—especially in front of customers. Please treat your team better

   Sadly a store that feels like it's dying. Many long shelves with the same stuff on them throughout the store. Only went in for a few items and typically queues waiting to be served. Only 2 people on the tills and only seen one other staff. Customers getting angry at having to wait ages. I put my basket down and left. Service is painfully slow and won't be going again in a hurry..

   I purchased a fitted sheet yesterday evening and opened to try it on but it was very small it did not fit . So I folded back and went to the shop for a refund with the receipt in the morning. Once I got there the lady at the till did not wanted to accept my item back saying it was the policy because I had remove it from the package to try it on. The item is brand new with all labels and less then 24h receipt (purchase 6pm returned 10am). This is a joke. This store is always very messy and untidy and there is never enough staff in busy times with long queues. I also done a research and could not find this can't be refunded any where! The Staff needs better training and learn how to treat custumers better be more helpful and friendly instead of being so rude and shouting its policy. I am very unhappy

   Good shop with lots of products but there is always problem with prices for item... You can't find price or price on shelf is different than on checkout. Staff should be more helpful and friendly.
