Staff have always been friendly and found my item quickly. Decent range of products at the Glossop store.
Rude unhelpful staff, more interested in standing round chatting than helping disabled customers. No help with rectifying my issues of telling me something was ready to collect when it wasn’t and me doing a 34 mile round trip. Got told to come back tomorrow. Which I can’t. The back of a till receipt slapped in front of me with a complaints telephone number on. No consideration for the fact my disability means I can’t use a telephone. Absolutely no point wearing my sunflower lanyard to indicate more support maybe needed. Just decent behaviour from 1 human being to another would have been a start. I felt ganged up on by the 5 women workers casually chatting and mocking my requests for help. Absolutely appalling behaviour. And we wonder why all the Argos’s are shutting down? It will be an Amazon Prime for me in the future. Never again an Argos
Walked in the shop, women behind till said to me I need a mask or I can’t serve you, she came across quite rude, I looked around and other customers had no masks on?? When she realised this she then said it was okay? First of all ask your customers if there able to wear one? A lot of people have medical conditions which mean they CANT wear one ? Please don’t be small minded next time? And remember your not the police you work at Argos
Not great, they gave us the wrong items to what were advertised when ordering which was disappointing but we live too far away to go back. The staff though were friendly and happy to hide presents from my daughter. Free parking outside and fully wheelchair accessible
Called in for a couple of things, they were in stock so we able to get them there and then. Plenty of free parking right outside the store, so easy to load into the car. Staff helpful and efficient. We'll worth a visit!!
