   Shopped in store today and have left two packets of seeds I purchased. Trying to contact store or main Customer Services is impossible. So will keep my receipt & hopefully they'll reimburse me when I go back - within the next few days. Went in today cashier remembered the seeds being left & I was given the two packets of seeds. Great customer service - thanks

   Normal B&M Store on the small Size, their food section is bigger than others I have been to, small beauty section no make up but generous moisturiser and pre-make up routine items. Parking is ok, normally quite busy and from memory it’s a 2h limit.

   Just bought 6 small tins of Heinz beans for £3, great offer but noticed short dated when got home. Good job I like beans. Short dated stock should either be highlighted or removed from sale. This is occurring in many Supermarkets as well.

   I love b&m for cleaning stuff, home deco items and toys, however toy section can be very limited at times and poorly stocked. I am giving 1 star as i seems to be having the same problem with customer service. I came to be served at the tills and lady was polite and chatty to a customer before me. Once she was serving me, there was no hello, no eye contact, no thank you, no bye, no do you want your receipt. Literally nothing. It's not difficult to be nice and polite. I was left quiet upset about the whole situation especially when you shop there regularly.

   I have been in Wythenshawe 6 years, shopping here since I moved, I find some of the staff Amazing. However today check out 5, may have a "Race problem. You tell me your line is closed, but you serve the people that look like you that come after I leave your line. Then look at me like I'm dirt because I'm looking at you in disbelief. So rude

   Good range but staff are rude! Being served on the till and the lady serving me was having a good old chat with her colleague stood behind me! Didn’t even get a hello or goodbye. Only time I got a word was her giving me the price. No eye contact. The staff should know the time to speak to each other is not while serving customers.

   They like to discuss business and security matters on the shop floor. It's pretty awkward. Then fan on aisle 1 has needed fixing for about 5 years and often smells like damp when the filter fills up. Other than that it has more choice than most stores and the staff are otherwise friendly
