   After reading other reviews I must say I'm shocked. I've used the CO-OP in its old location and here. I found the staff lovely and helpful. They never seem to stop, be it reloading shelves, getting uber orders ready or just cleaning the shop. They will always stop to help. (I my case usually to add milk to the coffee machine). It needs to be remembered that this is effectively a very busy local 'top-up' shop, not one where there is time to stand around. If you need to use the till, or need help with the self service, tell them. They are not mind readers but busy shop staff. The same staff who kept the shop running through the pandemic. I have seen first hand the grief they get. They truly are lovely people. Give them a chance.

   Received mouldy food, tried to get a refund but declined both through just eat with photos and the co op. Politely said I just wanted to let them know anyways incase there’s a problem with the fridge, they just tried to rush me off the call.

   I do not like to leave negative reviews about an individual, however the attitude from a member of staff because I had an issue on the self scanner I went to the till she was quite abrupt and as I walked away with my purchase she made a comment about me to a colleague not realising the customer behind me was a work colleague of mine. If people want to moan about a customer I suggest doing it out of earshot of other customers! Will use Tesco round the corner from now on

   Not all but most of the stuff have a poor and bad attitude. Plus I use a cane to walk around because of my bad leg and when they've got their cart in the way, they see me coming and still don't move it bit to let me past. Poor customer service as well because sometimes I need to pay at the counter and I am writing ages for someone to come.

   It's effectively just an oversized corner shop that's really intended for top up shopping rather than a big shopping location and at that level it succeeds well.

   I popped to the shop on a way to the park. I needed to get some eggs and asked a person where they sell it. Lady. Immediately took the attitude with me and became quite arrogant. Also only one person working on a floor If you need help and a shop worker has been rude to you there is no one else to help or complain. Poor service Why to work if you don't understand what people are asking you and taking rude attitude with them.

   A few days ago a woman named Louise gave poor customer service. She side eyed us and mumbled ID for a non-caffeinated energy drink. When I showed her my ID she moved them forward with a frown on her face. When my partner (who is 23 years old) went to buy his energy drink she refused saying “I’m not scanning these until I see an ID”. Without her scanning his drinks he explained that he never needed to show ID when purchasing an energy drink from this Co-op. She says “your a regular here and you should know yourself as a Tesco colleague that you have to look 25”. She made a dig to my partner despite knowing him as a regular customer. Louise had poor customer service skills and even though refusing an energy drink is understandable, as a Tesco colleague myself we follow the 25+ policy for alcohol only and only give energy drinks out if the customer is clearly 16+ by appearance. With her not knowing the rules and patronising my partner this was the worst experience I had in a Co-op.

   New shop is good for a quick shopping. However the manned tills are short staffed. Layout is good and the shop is spic and span.staff helpful.
