   My husband brought 3+2 cream sofa it was holes in it a dirt when they delivered it and we sent it back on July 14th 2023 and my husband is still waiting for £1150 pounds back

   I really can't praise this place enough. ALL of the furniture is of high quality, the people in the shop are so helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. The FREE delivery is brilliant and the delivery people are so friendly and respectful. I have bought a couch and a chair on separate occasions and have had NO problems. Please use this shop so that it stays with us.... if we don't use it we will loose it. ... and a great charity it is which hopefully nobody else will need!!!

   Purchased a chair for my 90 Year old nan! Chair collapsed on her it’s only that it was against her wardrobe that she wasn’t hurt; upon getting someone out to fix it they stated the chair was not new and someone had already tried to fix it as it had an old rusty screw that was the wrong size in it! Been trying to get the £400 back since may with no luck what so ever every time we speak to the male Owner he fobs us off and tells us the money will be returned and it never is. The last time we spoke he pretended there was something wrong with the phone line!!!!! Awful awful service not only could my 90 year nan have been hurt she’s now without a chair as This man won’t give her the money back. Imagine stealing off a 90 year old! I’m going to the local paper and training standards if her money isn’t back with her tomorrow. You know what you have done

   I am so gutted at what’s happening to me after giving them £970 for the sofa that I bought which took a week and a half to be delivered in two different pieces one electric motor on the small chair was cut it took days for them to get it fixed in my flat. Hardly sat on the sofa as I’m out every day and busy and the time that I sat on it what is equivalent to watching one film which is the most damaged sofa below. After sitting on this just one time this is the damage has been done so far! I paid them on the 8th of April and a mistake for 25th of April I am having no communication with Kate at the Salford precinct Shop! I have been lied to, told so many lies from Kate. I guess they don’t care about my future business because I also want to purchase a table and chairs. My friend wanted the sofa as well. Now she’s scared and won’t take a chance with them for me and my experience with them I am struggling to cope with this! I don’t want this sofa anymore and they can’t even tell me when they’re going to come and look at it to what I thought , what I hoped they could fix but they can’t because it’s so damaged. And now they’re just ignoring me, Without the lies I’ve talked to trading standards and Citizens advice bureau and have been advised what to do. This is like a cowboy dodgy place! I’m a senior citizen with lots of health problems physical and mental because I’m totally being ignored! They won’t give me any information their phone numbers or anyone else her boss anyone else that works there! What I’ve had to do is on my own now. Citizens advice bureau and trading standards are now involved. I don’t give the shop any stars but had to give them one star to write this. They tried to tell me this is from “ John Lewis “. The sofa is £1000 worth of rubbish I’ve not even had it two weeks and I’ve hardly sat on it! I’m scared the whole thing will collapse I’ve even emailed company I’m still waiting for a response!
