Horrendous Tonight my partner came home in tears and is Deeply offended upset to to tears she was fefused entry by a security guard who stopped her at the door on sunday evening 8 pm and stated she is a shoplifter and she is barred ???? we have lived local to this shop raised kids and grankids and shopped heer always i am so disgusted with the coops response while trying to contact the store and getting no response the staff don’t care my partner is still upset right now. I don’t urge anybody to spend their money elsewhere. I didn’t know security guard grocery stores were allowed to insult and offend and upset middle-aged women and refuse them on a Sunday evening to buy essentials pet food and stuff. I’m absolutely furious with their service and I would walk 10 miles rather than shopping in that store ever again also private carpark company will clamp your vehicle if you overstay the carpark and no visible signs to warn drivers

Nice little co-op but quite poorly stocked - quite a few times we go they are out of veg and some of the popular ready meals, making it a little unreliable. Staff have always been pleasant but always received mixed messaging about bringing small dogs in the store, with some saying they need to be carried and some saying it’s fine if they’re little. Overall convenient but not reliable.

terrible service, by steve manager, and the black lady. No hi, thanks, etc, just a stern face, why work there. Steve manager feeds homeless people begging at the door. One threatened me with a syringe, as i said, no to money. Sack the manager, call the police. Move on the beggers.

The service was awful! I had 2 special offers on my card, but they didn’t work at the self-checkout. So I ask for help at the counter, but manager after 10 mins waiting just charged me full price of the goods. He’s being very arrogant and don’t even try to find out what’s wrong. 0 out of 10 to this service. Not client oriented at all.

Very clean, quite large, but high priced convenience store. Some shelves mislabled, so keep a close watch at the till.

Car parking facilities are a huge plus as it is difficult to park for most of the independent shops along the road. 30min max parking. Shop is great for all the basics, fresh bread, milk etc decent lunch meal deals. Disabled access is good. Cueing system was a bit confusing.
