staff are lovely but never available as always stocking up or having a chat, feel like a criminal when i walk in with the security guard checking whilst im buying tampax and now need to ring a door bell to buy some wine, visits concluded
At self service checkout with my teenage son around 5pm when member of staff approached us and asked if we had abandoned the one next to us halfway through. Despite telling him no he continued to harass us accusingly. What I did notice however was he never asked the 30 something man next to us at all, just a prejudice towards my teenage son. Not a pleasant experience.
Usually lovely staff. Helpful and kind. But last night I went in and bought some Quality Street and said the the man at the counter that it was for the staff for Xmas, and to put them in the staff room. He didn’t thank me and just said, “I don’t like them”
Kind and humble staff members Free parking. Contactless payments. Delivery options available. Pet food at an arms length. Really friendly and accommodating staff. They had ran out of the chocolate crossaints so they put in some fresh ones in the oven just for me. They were really yummy ☺️
A good store staffed with lovely people. They have a good selection of stock, including some nice local beers! 10/10
