Absolutely appalled by the state of this Co-Op. Walked in with hope, left with heartbreak, hunger, and a deep sense of regret. The lunch selection is a crime scene, a few wilted sandwiches, some pasta pots that look like they’ve seen unspeakable things and not a single packet of Chip Shop Curry McCoys to be found. Honestly, what’s the point? I spent 14 painful minutes of my lunch break wandering those sorry shelves trying to find something edible. Fourteen minutes of my life gone, I could’ve gone to Tesco, eaten like royalty, and still had time reflecting on better life choices. And don’t even get me started on the tuna sandwiches. The last time I tried one from here, I was hit with so much pepper I thought I’d accidentally snorted a spice rack. Tesco Express, on the other hand, delivers balance, dignity and actual flavour. This Co-Op is less a convenience store and more a monument to disappointment. I won’t be fooled again. Avoid unless your idea of excitement is choosing between despair on white bread or regret in a plastic tub they pass off as pasta.

The doors open half way through only, and the security guards are just a band of harassers. Been living around there forever and every single time im in that coop i am literally followed around. No other person at the same time, makes me feel like a bloody criminal.

Do not come here if you want cold drinks. Especially beer and wine, they purposely do not have the fridges on for the alcoholic beverages and this is rather upsetting.

DPD pick-up shop. This store has willingly let a stranger collect my parcel without asking for any identification from them. Don’t let DPD deliver your parcels here as clearly they give them away to anyone.

Very good convenient coop. Friendly staff and good range of products. Cash dispenser and quite a few self-service tills so no waiting to be served.

Serious issues regarding stock - very limited selection with frequently empty shelves. Excusable whilst the store was relatively new, but definitely not after being open for over a year.

This particular Co-op is really close to where I live. I like that I can scan my Co-op card to redeem offers, collect and spend rewards. You also get 10% student discount in-store when you shop with Co-op Food. Not only that, you can also collect your Amazon parcels from here.
