   I visited today, 21st Dec 2025, and the manager was quite rude towards the staff member. I had left some items yesterday and went back to see if they were still there, the staff member kindly tried to help, but when she asked the manager if she has seen a bag that had been left, she rudely responded with a 'No'. However, thankfully I saw the person who served me yesterday and he had the items I had left. So firstly the mananger on duty needs to have a better attitude towards her staff members, were all equal on this earth, and secondly let this be a reminder that if one person says no, continue trying.

   A Lovely and large clean new store always smells so clean and the shelves are always perfectly lined up so neat and tidy it’s perfect for people who have OCD like me about cleanliness hygiene and having things so extremely precise with all the labels facing the right way I love shopping here plus the staff are always so nice and helpful there are queues now and again but what supermarkets do you go to nowadays that never have a queue? I learned from speaking to staff at Aldi that most supermarkets have bare minimum staff that’s why you don’t see many if any staff on the shop floor for help and one or two staff on checkouts and to remember to be nice to them as they don’t choose to work in such small numbers and it’s not because they don’t want to help you or are hiding in the store it’s because there is hardly any staff there so remember to treat staff just like you would want your own son or daughter to be treated if they worked in a supermarket most work so hard and are trying their best and it’s not just one job they have they doing about 20 jobs at once because there’s such small teams!

   The staff are just really miserable and rude at times. They just snap at you. Not a very welcoming place. If the managers are reading these comments, please could you do something with your team. If they dont want to be there, then hire people who will.

   Great place and good prices compared to supermarkets. How ever all stores always look un-tidy and dirty . Time those shelves were give a good wipe down ! ..

   Best stores for a lot of home requirements. Visit here first before going elsewhere for your household needs . Use the website to find out about the best deals if you don't want to roam the whole store .I buy medicines , toiletries,sweets, drinks, and a lot of items .

   Only one member of staff on tills and it was really busy, she kept calling for other staff to help on tills so it's not her fault she was trying her best but the other staff were in no rush to help, just seems like no-one cares when there's 15-20 people in queues

   Decent enough shop, the layout can be a bit confusing if you are not used to it. However if they've got it in stock then there's going to be loads on the shelf. The staff are really good at keeping stock on the shelves. My criticism is that they need better signage for how to get to their car park. It's through Aldi and out the other side!!
