    I had a disappointing experience at Gs food &wine Ltd . when I purchased a calling card voucher (I told cashier twice international calling card ) but received a mobile voucher instead. Despite explaining the mistake immediately, they failed to rectify it promptly. I left the incorrect voucher with them in good faith, but after 3 weeks of waiting and numerous unreturned calls, they still hadn’t resolved the issue. Their insistence on selling the voucher to someone else before refunding me showed a lack of respect for customer needs. It’s clear they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction. I advise others to be cautious, especially when seeking refunds, as my experience highlights their poor service and disregard for customer concerns. Avoid this kind of shopkeeper who don’t have respect to client .
